PA Gaming Control Board Announces Changes To Public-meeting Schedule
HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today announced several changes to its 2006 schedule of public meetings:
• The Board will meet on Friday May 19, 2006, at 10 a.m. in the auditorium of the State Museum in Harrisburg. The State Museum is located at the corner of Third and North streets, Harrisburg.
• The Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday May 18, 2006, has been canceled.
• The Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday June 1, 2006, has been canceled.
• The Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday July 6, 2006, has been canceled.
Other than these changes, the Board will continue to meet on the first and third Thursdays of every month in 2006. Meetings will begin at 10 a.m. and will take place in Hearing Room #1 of the North Office Building, North Street and Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg. All meetings are open to the public and the media.
The Board’s schedule of public-input hearings on proposed gaming facilities will continue as announced. The full schedule of public-input hearings is available on the PGCB Web site, www.pgcb.state.pa.us.
