Kevin Kile
Director of Sports Wagering Operations
Kevin Kile was appointed Director of Sports Wagering Operations by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in February 2019. As Director, Kevin guides the application of programs, regulations and controls for sports wagering conducted within licensed casinos, off-track wagering facilities and via interactive gaming in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Kevin Kile joined the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in 2006 as a Compliance Examiner and Gaming Operations Liaison, then was appointed Director of the Office of Racetrack Gaming in 2010. Kevin continues to serve as the Board’s liaison between the casino gaming and horse racing industries, to ensure the goals of the Gaming Act are accomplished as they relate to horse racing.
Prior to joining the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, Kevin was Pari-Mutuel Manager at the former Penn National off-track wagering facility located in Williamsport, and then worked at The Meadows off-track wagering facility formerly located in Moon Township where he was Facility Manager and Accountant.
Kevin earned his Bachelor's degree with a dual major in Managerial Economics and Business Marketing in 2002 from Lycoming College in Williamsport and his Master's degree in Business Administration in 2006 from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
