PA Gaming Control Board Begins Comment Period On Draft Regulations

HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today began 5-day public-comment periods on four sets of draft regulations: Emergency Board Orders; Labor Organizations; Employee Status Reports; and Omnibus Regulation Changes.

Comments must be postmarked by June 20, 2006, to be considered. The draft regulations are available on the Board’s Web site, www.pgcb.state.pa.us. Click on “Regulations” and “Draft Regulations” to view these drafts.

In addition, the Gaming Control Board today adopted final temporary regulations governing Horsemen’s Organizations; Certification of Key Employee Qualifiers and Key Employees of Vendors; Licensing Hearings; and Underage Gaming. The Board also adopted a series of technical amendments to existing regulations.
