PA Gaming Control Board To Hold Sept. 11 Licensing Hearings At State Museum In Harrisburg
HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board will hold its Sept. 11, 2006, Licensing Hearings on four applications for conditional Category 1 gaming operator licenses in the Auditorium of the State Museum in Harrisburg, Executive Director Anne Neeb said today.
State Museum officials have notified the Gaming Control Board that the Auditorium has become available, so in the interest of encouraging public attendance at the hearings, the Board has chosen to hold its Sept. 11 hearings there because of the extra seating available at the Museum,” Neeb said. “All other Licensing Hearings were already scheduled for the State Museum Auditorium, and the Board will still hold them there.”
The State Museum is at the corner of Third and North streets in Harrisburg. The Sept. 11 hearings had originally been scheduled for a hearing room in the North Office Building in Harrisburg.
The schedule of hearings for Monday Sept. 11 is as follows:
• 9 - 11 a.m. - Washington Trotting Association, Inc.
• 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. - Presque Isle Downs, Inc.
• 2 - 4 p.m. - Downs Racing, L.P.
• 4 - 6 p.m. - Chester Downs and Marina, LLC
