Agenda For December 19th Category 2 Oral Arguments Announced

HARRISBURG: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced the agenda and order for its December 19, 2006 public meeting to permit oral arguments by applicants for Category 2 slots operator's licenses.

Oral arguments are final remarks by applicants before the Board. Each applicant will be provided a maximum of 15 minutes to present oral arguments, but may also choose to waive their right to present.

Oral arguments will be held in the State Museum Auditorium on Third and North Streets in Harrisburg, are open to the public, and are scheduled as follows:

10:30 - 10:45 a.m. Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
10:50 - 11:05 a.m. Keystone Redevelopment Partners, LLC
11:10 - 11:25 a.m. Philadelphia Entertainment and Development Partners, LP
11:30 - 11:45 a.m. Riverwalk Casino, LP
11:50 - 12:05 a.m. HSP Gaming, LP
12:10 - 12:25 a.m. PITG Gaming, LLC
12:30 - 12:45 p.m. Isle of Capri
12:50 - 1:05 p.m. Station Square Gaming, LP

1:05 - 1:55 p.m. BREAK
