PA Table Games Revenue Increases 2% In July

Revenue from table games play at Pennsylvania casinos was $61.1 million in July 2014, according to a report released today by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. That represented a 1.93% increase in revenue from table games play during July of this year compared to July of 2013.

The monthly report, posted on the Board’s web site, www.gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov, also shows that $8.8 million in tax revenue was generated from table games this July.

There was just a slight decrease in the combined overall gaming revenue at the 12 casinos this July compared to last year. The total revenue from slot machines and table games was $262,525,675 this July compared to $264,860,050 in July 2013, a difference of 0.88%.

About the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board:

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board was established in 2004 with the passage of Act 71, also known as the Race Horse Development and Gaming Act.
